Please Read These Terms Carefully Before Using This Site
- Seller is not responsible for shipping transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Any Free Shipping only applies to destinations located within the 48 State Continental US. Alaska and Hawaii shipments will receive free USPS Express shipping. Shipments are sent once the order is completed with all necessary forms sent in. Unless otherwise stated, buyer will be charged for shipping, determined by the shipper.
- If required, Buyer must activate a new 2 year membership contract and sign store's price agreement. Store's price agreement states that if cellular contract is cancelled/terminated before 181 days, buyer agrees to have Eternal Wireless charge buyer's credit card $300 for every non-'Ocean' device.
- Returns are only given to those who activated and decide to return the phone after receiving a Return Approval. Only undamaged and good working condition phone, box and all included accessories are accepted. You have 14 days from activation date to return your purchase. You may be charged a $50 restocking fee. Any postage for shipping will not be reimbursed for returned or exchanged items. You are responsible for terminating the cellular service directly with the cellular service provider.
- A full refund is given if device(s) have not be activated and/or shipped, otherwise a $50 restocking fee may apply.
